PRE-CONTRACT SERVICES

ATS offers optional buyer-side services to help with the administrative work involved in preparing and moving an offer toward execution.

ATS prepares the initial offer and applicable contract documents based on the terms and instructions provided by the Agent-Client via our website. As negotiations progress, ATS can make Agent-directed changes to the offer documents and coordinate electronic signature routing through acceptance or withdrawal of offer.

The Agent-Client remains responsible for negotiating terms, providing drafting instructions, and reviewing and approving documents before they are sent for signature.

Offer drafting requests must be received by 4:00 PM local contract time. Payment is due upon completion of the initial draft.
