Peter helps Texas Realtors®, brokerages, and teams take their business to the next level, and is an expert at matching TC's with agents.  Peter brings over five years of Texas real estate production experience prior to building Agent Transaction Solutions. Combined with a B.S. from the Florida State University, over a decade of corporate retail financial planning and buying experience, he has a proven track record for success he shares with his team and is evident among his agent-clients.  His passion for the business and customer service is apparent when working with agent-clients.  

 Laura thrives in ever-changing markets that require intense detail and accuracy.  She joins ATS following a 12-year career in real estate consulting and corporate sales leadership.  Within those roles, she’s excelled in client communication/marketing, strategic planning, and contract negotiation.   She is dedicated to providing a seamless process with the utmost professionalism and care.  Laura earned her bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University and currently resides outside of Baton Rouge, LA with her husband and three children.   

Sara takes pride in the highest level of agent-client care with a master-class attitude.  She and her family relocated to south Texas in 2020 from Baton Rouge, Louisiana where she was a top producing agent for over four years.  With industry experience, Sara understands the nuances of managing transactions, is able to plan for contingencies, and communicate with the best of them.  Sara carries a B.S. from St. Luke's University College of Health Sciences in nursing and maintains an active nursing license in Texas.  She is bound to make any agent-client's experience working with a TC 100%.

 Born and raised in California, Samantha "Sami" brings to the team over 3 years of experience in contract support and management, and over a decade in corporate sales and project management. All of these roles require attention to detail while remaining efficient, and consistent client communication and time management skills to help take her agent's businesses to the next level.  Sami is highly proficient in Dotloop, DocuSign, SkySlope, Zip Forms, Glide, and Command.  Her efficiencies in these platforms pave the way for quick submission to agency compliance platforms ensuring DA's are received so her agent's are paid on time.  Sami strives to make every agent's experience with ATS seamless and enjoyable.  

Ashley was born and raised in D.F.W. where in addition to being a licensed insurance agent (home and auto) and Homeowner Insurance Specialist involved in many real estate transactions, she has racked up over five years of production experience as a licensed Realtor® in the great state of Texas.  Ashley is married and the proud mother of three amazing kiddos!  In her spare time she enjoys watching her boys play sports, and taking her daughter to the park. She has a true passion for helping others achieve their goals in business, truly enjoys the 'paperwork side' of a real estate transaction, and works to help agents manage their time and grow their business. 

 Cathy has worked in real estate for over 7 years, starting her career as a transaction coordinator for a top producing agent.  In 2017, Cathy became a licensed agent as well.  She enjoys building successful working relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and escrow agents.  She is hard-working and highly motivated to ensure a smooth transaction from contract to close. Cathy is dedicated to giving those she works with a 5-star experience, every transaction.  When she isn’t helping clients, Cathy enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her family.

Dedicated to helping real estate professionals achieve their goals, Rebecca has a focused energy on giving agents and their clients the best transaction experience possible.  She has decades of experience as a licensed salesperson, compliance specialist, and transaction coordinator using platforms such as SkySlope, Dotloop, Zipforms, and Brokermint.  In addition to her passion for real estate, Rebecca enjoys traveling the western U.S. and connecting with her Native American community.  She currently resides in League City, TX with her husband Steve and their dog baby, Rufus.  They have 2 grandchildren and feel very blessed to see all the amazing things they do. 

A native Texan, Tamara is a driven and energetic Transaction Coordinator with over 4 years Real Estate experience before joining Agent Transaction Solutions.  She started as an administrative assistant and quickly

became the Operations Manager for a top producing team in the Coastal Bend region of Texas.  Tamara is a Coast Guard military wife, mother to two amazing boys, and they have a sweet rescue dog named Captain.  She is a passionate photographer when not in the office, volunteering at Scouts, or out boating or camping.  She is dedicated to helping real estate professionals grow their business, and achieve their goals.

 Born and raised in DFW, Chelsea is an experienced Transaction Coordinator with over 4 years of hands-on experience and a proven track record supporting the top-volume real estate team in the fastest-growing county in north Texas. She is known for exceptional attention to detail and ensures smooth, efficient processes for all parties involved. In addition to real estate experience, Chelsea holds a B.A. in Leadership & Marketing from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, an A.D.N. in Nursing from Dallas College, and experience as a R.N. which brings a unique blend of organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and a calm, methodical approach to each deal. This combination of expertise allows her to handle high-pressure situations with ease and deliver top-notch results. Whether it's managing deadlines, facilitating communication, or troubleshooting challenges, Chelsea is dedicated to providing an exceptional transaction management experience! 

Alexis is an enthusiastic & dedicated transaction manager with nearly a decade of real estate experience including sales, property management, and (of course!) transaction management for top producing agents.  At a young age, Alexis moved from New York to Pennsylvania where she met and married her high school sweetheart and earned her B.S. in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.  Alexis is very proud of her husband's military career, and when they’re not cheering their girls on in sports, in their free time, Alexis & her family love camping with their Goldendoodle Gus, and exploring new cities.  Alexis has the knowledge, drive, and experience to seamlessly step into the role of your transaction coordinator on day ONE!

  Being a "super manager" and paying attention to quality control details is paramount in Cori's personality.  She has a passion for real estate, whether it is working with agents to scale their business, looking for houses for a remodeling project on the side, or simply admiring the history of a neighborhood.  Cori is based in Minnesota and spent half of her life in the Pacific northwest.  She finds calm in the mountains, trees, and on the water.  Now that her children are in their late teens, in her spare time you'll often find her out paddling, hiking, or on a road trip to find a great cup of coffee or a really cool antique.  Cori loves helping agents by assisting their transactions, and showing them that real estate IS more fun with a TC!

 Hollie Lampton, a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, has dedicated herself to various roles since 2005, including transaction coordinator, process manager, and real estate agent.  With a fervent passion for the intricate paperwork involved in real estate transactions, she has impeccably managed transactions for top-selling agents and simultaneously overseen processes for multiple agents.  She is known for her meticulous attention to detail and ability to remain composed under pressure. She holds a bachelor's degree from APUS and currently resides in the Lake Charles, LA area with her husband and four children. 

Born in Nebraska but raised in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas, Ashli moved to Corpus Christi over 10 years ago and later earned a Bachelors degree from Texas A&M Corpus Christi in Childhood Development - go Islanders!  Ashli and her husband Preston are proud parents to their son, Nash.  In 2017, she received her real estate license and began a career in Property Management.  This later led Ashli into real estate sales, and then into a career in the home warranty business.  The opportunities she's earned have led her to where she is today.  Ashli takes pride in being open and honest when communicating with others while also being a person people can depend on. 

 A former producing REALTOR® from the Sunshine State with over 100 transactions closed, Justin understands just how many pieces make up the puzzle of a real estate transaction, and he genuinely enjoys the process of putting them all together!  He prides himself in his relationships and work, balancing trust and diligence with his harmonizing nature to smooth all the cogs of the transaction machine to work well together.  In his spare time, Justin is likely enjoying board, card, or video games with his partner Autumn, his friends, and his two cats - Noah and Guillermo.  He looks forward to the opportunity of working with you. 

 Born and raised in the beautiful city of Corpus Christi, Jilissa has fallen in love with the Real estate Industry.  Having previous experience working with Coastal bend agents she understands the importance of communication and organizational skills to enhance a real estate business.  She is a self- starter, and an enthusiastic team player ready to contribute to company success.  She thrives when building successful working relationships with agents, lenders, escrow companies, and vendors. When she is not working, she enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, getting lost in a good book, and traveling and making memories with her little family.  

Jennifer brings over 9 years of

experience in organizing teams, strategic planning, and team communication.  Her

primary goal is to assist Transaction Managers in achieving a seamless closing for their agent-partner's files and clients. Jennifer appreciates the significance of

cultivating professional relationships grounded in integrity and trust.  Beyond

her professional endeavors, Jennifer is a wife of 23 years and a mother of three

children.  She enjoys traveling, pickle ball, and spending time with her family.
