We are seeking a Support Team Partner who values precision, accountability, and doing things the right way.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a non-agent-facing, back-office role reporting directly to a Transaction Manager (TC). The Support Team Partner plays a critical role in maintaining file accuracy, broker compliance, and operational consistency.

POSITION DETAILS

• Remote, 1099 contractor role
• Compensation: up to $50.00 per closed file for specific responsibilities performed on a Transaction Manager’s files
• Expected starting volume: approximately 15 closed files per month, with opportunity for additional volume
• Paid monthly on or before the 15th
• No desk fees, technology fees, or administrative charges
• Reports directly to one assigned Transaction Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Upload transaction documents into brokerage portals and compliance systems
• Review files for required brokerage documentation and accuracy
• Monitor compliance approval status and follow through on outstanding items
• Communicate clearly with the Transaction Manager regarding required corrections
• Prepare commission requests where applicable
• Maintain organized, broker-compliant documentation

This role exists to protect standards, ensure compliance, and support seamless execution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Texas REALTORS® and TREC contract forms
• Ability to identify required addenda, missing fields, incomplete sections, and contract errors
• Strong understanding of agency relationships and commission documentation requirements
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency with internet-based software platforms and professional email communication

WORKSTATION REQUIREMENTS

• Dedicated home workstation
• Primary external monitor (laptop-only setups are not sufficient)
• Reliable, up-to-date computer capable of supporting cloud-based platforms
• Dependable high-speed internet connection
