NOW HIRING: REMOTE INTAKE COORDINATOR (1099)

Agent Transaction Solutions is seeking an experienced Intake Coordinator with strong knowledge of Texas real estate contracts and forms.

POSITION DETAILS

• Remote, 1099 contractor role 
• Compensation: $25.00 per intake processed (this role does NOT include document uploading) 
• Expected volume: 20 to 60 contracts per month to start (with opportunity for more based on performance)
• Paid monthly on or before the 15th
• No fees (no desk, technology, software, or other charges)
• Reports to one TC on the team
   

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Review executed TREC and Texas Realtors contract forms for accuracy, required addenda, missing information, and errors
• Verify agency relationships and commission information are correct and all required notices are included
• Enter contracts into company software
• Generate accurate transaction summary PDFs
• Queue introductory emails for Transaction Coordinators to review and send
• Meet intake processing deadlines as follows:
  • Contracts received Monday through Thursday are due by 4 PM the following day
  • Contracts received Friday or Saturday are due by 4 PM Monday
  • Contracts received Sunday are due by 4 PM Tuesday
     

REQUIREMENTS

• Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Texas Realtors and TREC contract forms
• Ability to identify required addenda, missing fields, and errors
• Strong understanding of agency relationships and commission documentation requirements
• Proficiency with internet-based software and email
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Contractor must have a dedicated workstation with a primary monitor (not a laptop-only setup), a reliable and up-to-date computer, and a dependable internet connection
